Lovely lady and I assume her husband, was looking for a Hawaiian BBQ place to compare to ours back home. food was amazing, the charcoal grill they use adds a unique flavor I haven't experienced before and I am glad I had the chance to try it. Will be back on my next visit

I am writing a review 3 days after returning to Korea~~ Recognized as a good restaurant!!! Haula BBQ restaurant, which I happened to stop by after touring Kualoa Ranch. The owner grilled the ribs on charcoal outside, and the kimchi fried rice was so delicious. I highly recommend it if you go to Hawaii. lol It's a restaurant run by a married couple, and they were very kind and asked if I wanted anything else... Haha, even if you judge it purely on taste, it's very good. Boss, I had a good time~~^^

On my way to Laniakea Beach to see turtles, I happened to come across a Korean restaurant. I was tempted by the smell of ribs grilling in front of the restaurant, so I went in and got kimchi stew. There are Korean food menus that come to mind when I want to eat local food, such as bibimbap. There was also shrimp, and the spicy shrimp was delicious. The owner said that since peeled shrimp are used, the seasoning penetrates better and it tastes better than Giovanni shrimp. The LA ribs grilled directly on charcoal were also delicious. The flavor of the seasoning was unique, but it wasn't too strong but had a rich flavor, so I kept eating it. For the first time in a few days, the two of us ordered 4 dishes from the Korean food menu and ate almost all of them. I was so full I thought I would pass out haha.

So good!! Best legit Hawaiian bbq we had the whole trip. Everything was delicious, and they serve the plates with Kimchi as well. We had the spicy shrimp, beef, and chicken and it was all bomb! TY!!

Stopped here for a quick bite for lunch and came to discover his hidden gem had delicious and authentic Polynesian food. Despite it being busy with clients, we were able to order and our food came out rather quickly and exceed our expectations. The food is cooked fresh when ordered and even grilled outside to acquire a fresh and unique Polynesian taste. Will definitely recommend and without a doubt come back here if ever back in the island.

Char coal bbq grill in the front yard, as family style and vibe as it gets inside, very yummy shrimp, chicken, ribs and pork. This is Hawaiin food cooked by Koreans - absolutely amazing. Be prepared for no AC inside.

It’s a little ways out there, but do not miss this one! Absolutely the best Hawaiian barbecue. I had the whole time in Honolulu. The portion size was generous. The food was fresh. The chicken was the tastiest and best cooked. I’ve had in ages. Super impressive for a place that most people probably drive past on the highway. Don’t be those people stomp and have an awesome meal!
