Waikoloa location way better the staff was very rude. When I went here. It cost $20 for the same thing that cost $10 at the most at the other location. I have no idea why and I have no idea why it cost so much for a scoop of ice cream at this location either they gave me my scoop of ice cream melted and expected my five-year-old to eat it that way didn’t even offer us napkins or anything. I was pretty shocked because of the hype about this place.

Truly the second best coffee house on the Big Island. Waimea Coffee House still remains number one. But, a great cup of coffee can be had.
