Went in, asked for pho to-go, they said it would take 10 minutes. Oh it took 10 minutes alright. I have no seasoning, no flavor, jusy boiled water with vegetables and noddles. Absolutely ridiculous. I also got 2 spring rolls, 2 summer rolls + 2 pho. All was $50 ?! Overpriced, Flavorless.

Horrible pho. I ordered beef pho and found out I got chicken with old meat and old smelly sprouts. You can get sick on your vacation from eating their food.

Food is just okay, quality varies wildly by dish. Was disappointed that they assumed all the change from paying cash was the tip. Turned out to be 23% or something - not a huge dollar amount, but troubling on principle.
We got chicken fried rice and it was ok. The service was great but the plate felt sketchy. The food felt dry with just bits of chicken. I expect a bit more flavor. Anyways an option to try if you have no other options

Bad food: nothing fresh, chicken tasted like mud... 99% of the roll were vermicelli. Bad service: Took them 20 mins to get a cup of hot water, and the cup was not even clean... Bad atmosphere: oh well there wasn't any atmosphere to begin with...
Worse off: they definitely had a deal with local tour company as they kinda forced us to eat here... The tour guide led us straight to this place and kept telling us this is the best around, the price is good, nothing else we can find nearby, bla bla bla... We should have just left and gone to Walmart right next to this place to get some doritos.
