Everything is lackluster...
Bad food: nothing fresh, chicken tasted like mud... 99% of the roll were vermicelli. Bad service: Took them 20 mins to get a cup of hot water, and the cup was not even clean... Bad atmosphere: oh well there wasn't any atmosphere to begin with...
Worse off: they definitely had a deal with local tour company as they kinda forced us to eat here... The tour guide led us straight to this place and kept telling us this is the best around, the price is good, nothing else we can find nearby, bla bla bla... We should have just left and gone to Walmart right next to this place to get some doritos.

I recently visited 1 plus 1 cafe and had a very disappointing experience. The food was excessively salty and did not taste fresh at all. I brought this to the attention of the staff, hoping for a resolution, but was met with a dismissive and rude attitude. It's one thing to have a bad meal, but the lack of customer service was truly unacceptable. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant to others.

I got beef round pho and roasted duck noodle soup.The pho broth was not herbal at all. It was just boiled beef in water with salt. It tasted like meatloaf water. I couldn't eat it.The roasted duck tasted fine, but had a lot of bones, and the soup it came with had nothing going on. Likely just powdered chicken broth in water.my disappointment is immeasurable.

Convenient location, reasonable prices, good foods, and good service. My favorite is the house chow mein with a side of hot mustard. Their salt and pepper shrimp and calamari are good, too. The appetizers are great as well.

We've been twice in last month. Once for lunch and second time for dinner. We brought our friends with us for dinner. We all had a good meal.
Vegetarian options: Freshly prepared with good sauces and appealingly presented.
Parking: This restaurant is co-located with a couple other restaurants, a large Walmart and Office Max and Ross clothing store. Thus parking is ample but shared by many establishments. And this area is nearly always very busy. Not impossible to park but not always convenient. Handicap parking, though seemingly numerous is always in high demand.
One of our regular dinner spots. Love the roast pork and house special fried rice. Their ginger chicken and roast duck are also favorites.

Always enjoy my visit to 1+1. The girls are always friendly. I especially enjoy the service I get from Ace. She is always friendly. Always feel she is part of my family. When I lost my home and belongings to the volcano, she was so very caring. She bought our lunch that day and offered me use of her vehicle. She is awesome!!
