Got completely ignored when I went back over to grab the cheese they forgot to give me with my pretzel. 2x s . Had to flag down the nice worker that helped me and then she gave them to me. Need to up the game on costumer service at this joint PLEASE!

Every time I come here, they tell me 8-10 minutes (when there is no line) and it’s 20 minutes consistently. I wouldn’t mind as much if they would be honest. This location just seems slow.

Just bought a Oreo chilatta and it was the best. The workers were friendly and very helpful..They are so sweet..I'm definitely going back to get me more of their Oreo chilatta

Got some pepperoni bites and they were old, hard and dry. I had let them know discreetly that they were no good and maybe they should take down the other two in the warmer. They didn’t. Just wanted to let all the peeps out there know what’s going on...
