Whoever was working tonight 10/23 is FANTASTIC. They had an extremely rude customer come in and the two young ladies handled it with so much grace. I heard the name of the manager was Patrick and I just want you to know you have GREAT employees and great customer service

I had the mango ice cream and it was not bad. The only reason for 3 stars is because I had paper on the INSIDE of my ice cream cone… That’s not a totally terrible thing, but still…. Weirded me out and didn’t have a 100% enjoyable experience

My husband and I went inside and we waited in line and we are next and the manager help the lady behind us first instead asking if we've been help, very poor service manager. We want to order peanut butter chocolate milk shake but don't have peanut butter, so we ordered 3 chocolate milk shakes and our chocolate milk shakes looks sooooo.... watery shakes . Bad management and bad food. And we are visitors.

The store manager, Charity, has made coming into Baskin Robbins feel awful. I love the ice cream and waffle cones and I always have, but with her "leadership" in the restaurant I don't see myself ever going back. She always has an attitude towards customers AND her workers, the inside is never clean, and the cake display hasn't had a single decent cake in there for over a month. The display is always empty when I walk in. This place really isn't what it used to be and it's really sad.
