“I have never written a Google review before, but I felt compelled to let the world know that this is hands-down the best Vietnamese spot in all of Hilo! The food is exquisite! Fresh and most authentic. This is a family restaurant. The wife is cooking in the back and she does a world class job! Everything is Amazing! I have tried all of their Banh Mi (sandwiches) They are Superb some of the best I’ve ever had! The bread is freshly made soft and crispy. The meat melts in your mouth. The Pho is delicious, Mouthwatering Everything is fresh and made perfectly. They have a beef broth pho That I’ve been eating every single day, Because it is just out of this world it’s unbelievably good. There’s absolutely no comparison if you think you’ve had good Vietnamese food again this is it!
There are a lot of spots in Hilo and I’ve been to most of them. Nothing compares to this quality and authenticity in taste. You will be floored. It is just amazing. This should be the number one spot on Google. I highly recommend all of their sandwiches and all of their Pho options. 10 out of 10.“

“The menu is large they have most of the flavors you can hope for and are always making interesting specials. I personally love the hojicha milk tea. This time I tried the old maids special. A oolong milk tea with blueberry and butterfly tea. Looked amazing and was surprisingly delicious.

I order everything half sweet regular is usually really sweet.“

“I usually don’t write reviews at all, but I felt like I should this time. This boba shop is so nice and chill. My family and I struck up a conversation with the owner who is very nice as well. The service is fast, and the drinks are great. My parents like the boba here because the boba is soft. We’ve gone to Hilo for the past two days and on the second day still decided to come back here instead of a different boba place someone suggested us. Check this place out sometime!“

“First, food is excellent! They do a very nice job, make it fresh and the place is very cool...right next to two other food counters, also right around the corner from the market. One is Thai, very good as well and another acai bowl place which we also love. I took a star because of the hours, twice now we have gone wanting this and they are closed?? Both times were within what they say open on here, but nothing there but a closed sign, frustrating because we love the food.“

“I got their Taro latte and it was delicious!! I didn’t know if I should ask for half sweet, so the cashier gave me a free sample of their standard milk tea 🧋 to determine and compare my preferences. Will definitely be back!! I didn’t try their paninis but took a pic for next time :)“

“The prime acai bowl I got Saturday, May 1 at noon was on point! It looked beautiful. All the ingredients were presented in excellent proportions.I'm taking a star bc despite having a large number of staff that did seem to be hard working, the wait was SOO long. There werent many people waiting, but I noticed they were making several smoothies and taking them to the back. Also, nearly $10 for tiny bowl isnt something that is going to have me rushing back more than a few times a year as a treat. And, as stated by another review, there is no skill to making Jamba items where I cant do it at home (maybe even better).Otherwise, I was happy with this visit. And if I want to splurge on Jamaba again, would come back.“
