I don't know if they're still open but am dying to go back. It's been 3 years since I've gone to Cafe Concertos Plz respond.

Wow!!! We were in Italy for a moment so authentic so delicious. We will will make it a point to travel 4000 miles to come back here again. Best meatball I have ever had and best pesto and ravioli my wife has ever had. Texture of homade raviolis is exceptional. Make it a point to come here. Prices are more than reasonable.

I’m gonna be stuck thinking about the amazing food for months now, food is priced amazing and everything tasted incredible. Nicest waiter and very quick to get food out, I can’t imagine not stopping at this restaurant if you’re nearby.

The most amazing food I have ever eaten. This place should have a ten star rating. Amazing salad, pasta and dessert. Very inexpensive and a great atmosphere. I love it here. Hopefully will be back next time I'm in Hilo. Thank you to the amazing staff and chef!!

Ordered delivery through Express Waiters. The food arrived hot and was utterly delicious. Huge portion of spaghetti and meatballs and the Gorgonzola ravioli was a big hit. Definitely going to come back and dine in.

Really good place to have some pasta. Portion was surprisingly a lot on the one I got compared to my other friends. This place does BYOB which is totally a plus! Depending when you go, it can be super slow on the wait on the food. It definitely took while for our food to come out but that's okay since we were drinking lol. At the end of the dinner they give you night cap. A shot of alcohol which was mixed with something so it was easy to take it. Unfortunately dessert was sold out. Server was really nice and attentive even with the wait. She updated us about it. My friend got ravioli Gorgonzola she said it's really good. I sampled and it was! Wish they gave more on the plate cause it's so good. I had the clam pasta. Not much clam or me to notice it but definitely taste good tho! Wish there were more selections on their menu like appetizers.

Terrible customer service. Had a reservation but when we got there didn’t have a table for us. waited more than 30 mins after our original reservation time with no updates or communications. Didn’t feel welcome so we left.

Ambiance is awesome, It's small, quaint, has strung lights, Italian music playing, but waiting 20 minutes after being seated for a menu should have been a warning sign. Only go here if you have lots of time and don't mind food served not hot. I figured we're on island time so didn't really mind, but then it took almost an hour for a drink after ordering it, a can of sprite, set on the table without a glass. I ordered the raved about Gorgonzola ravioli dish. The flavor was amazing, but it was no longer hot when served. My son's food was cold too. The homemade bread that is served with it, tasted so good. I would have given more stars if our food was hot and overall experience didn't take 2 1/2 hours for the 2 of us. It wasn't the wait so much that bothered me, but the food not being warm when brought to us. There's only about 9 or 10 tables in the entire place and it was not full, but it seemed to be run by one cook and one waitress. Maybe it was our timing, or maybe someone called out, but I hope others have a better experience. Sidenote: we watched a couple get jipped on their reservation, after waiting for their table, because the waitress seated another party that didn't have one (we heard them ask) , so the ones with the reservation, left. It was awkward. So was watching the table next to us , their food came out at a different times, so they didn't eat at the same time.

Pretty disappointed, really wanted to like it. They were out of ravioli, which makes up 1/3 of their menu. We all wanted ravioli so it was a bit of a let down. We ordered the chicken, caprese salad and capellini ragu. The dishes were ok, chicken was dry but pasta was good. Caprese was not worth the price. We waited at least 30 minutes till we got our food from when we ordered and then found out they were out of bread (which is supposed to be complimentary with a meal) sooo we were pretty bummed. Sadly wont be coming back, has a lot of potential but failed to deliver. Also, no drink menu? Also saw them turn people away closing at 8pm, i thought they were open till 9. ?

The service was outstanding but the food was tasteless. Such a great environment would love to go back if the food had flavor.

Very delicious pasta, an unforgettable tasteful bread that accompanied my salad and pasta, and a supreme tiramisu cake for dessert. We stopped to get dinner after a long journey at the Kilauea Volcano. Lovely way to close the day!!!

I've actually been eying this restaurant out for a couple of years now and only recently got the chance to finally try it! It's located in between Kawamoto Store and Hilo Laser Tag, across of Just Cruisin' Coffee. The restaurant itself is actually small (literally cannot social distance and still open for dine in) with an indoor and outdoor seating. There's a very narrow parking lot in the back of the restaurant and street parking in front. I've never really seen the menu until the day I went with a few friends. I noticed their menu contained a LOT of red/marinara sauce which I don't really care for (but loooove tomatoes). I wanted to substitute my clam pasta sauce for a white sauce. However, they had a huge party after us and wasn't able to the night I went. The staff informed me that they would usually accommodate to a substitute sauce. Next time, I guess! They were also nice enough to give us a free tiramisu (before our main course) which was very rich and delicious. A tad too much cocoa powder on top though. But free! I got the Vongole (Clam) pasta which was the first thing that caught my eyes. It was a red sauce with herb seasoning on top. Thankfully, the pasta wasn't drenched in red sauce because I wouldn't have liked it as much. The flavor, though, was amazing. I could taste the different herbs they put in the dish which I enjoyed. Definitely a delicious plate of pasta. The only con I have is that they cut up their noodles to very small bits which I found oddly strange. Regardless, the noodles would have been chewed up in my mouth. LOL. After our meal, we were offered a digestion shot that was a weird sweet mixed with some alcohol to help with the food digestion. I do want to try their ravioli con gorgonzola the next time! The amount of cheese that my friend got with her ravioli looked amazing. Especially when she smothered her bread in the leftover sauce. P.S. It's BYO wine! They prepare wine glasses for you too.
