We bought cinnabons at Kuhio Mall in Hilo on Saturday at 2:00 in the afternoon. Usually the workers are very pleasant but that day an older lady took our order. She was not pleasant at all. I donʻt know what her problem was but she ruined my ʻono for cinnabons that day :(

LOCATION: HILO The cashier I had was an older woman who rudely asked me “WHAT DO YOU WANT?” And gave me an attitude through out my whole transaction. She also gave my brother who was in front of me the same treatment. This was genuinely the WORST service I’ve ever had EVER!
