10/10 I highly recommend a quick crunchy, savory and sweet bite at Mr Cows! What a treat after a long shopping day or even a mid day pick me up. The corndog I got with its sweet potato crust, and half mozz half hot dog center was everything I wanted just now. So crispy-crunchy, mildly sweet, oozey cheese, and juicy dog! I wanted to see what all of the hype was about Korean corn dogs. Korean corn dogs have a batter that is made of rice flour and fried in hot oil, so they are very crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, like fried mochi. Some of them have little cubes of potato mixed into the batter so they are like crispy French fries on the outside.I was very excited to find out that "Corn Dogs by Mr. Cow" in Hilo has Korean corn dogs and wanted to try them while I have the opportunity....
