All around amazing!! Nikki was not joking. Their chai is the best ever. But what made it even better than the rest was the customer service. Her daughter is the sweetest little thing- just like her mama! I am so inspired to be like them. So full of joy and energy! Mahalo for all that you do for our Hilo town!

Great customer service. Went towards the ending of the day and they still had a good selection. My tuxedo cupcake and banana cream pie was delicious. My daughter loves the macaroons she got. We love to support local. Big island grown!!!!

I’ve been a regular at CUPCAKES, BOOM! for years now. They have phenomenal sweets, especially their cupcakes and macarons. Just recently, I ordered a custom-made birthday cake and it turned out beautiful! Nikki and her team were so accommodating and executed my vision perfectly. The cake itself was ube flavored and it was so flavorful!!
