All around amazing!! Nikki was not joking. Their chai is the best ever. But what made it even better than the rest was the customer service. Her daughter is the sweetest little thing- just like her mama! I am so inspired to be like them. So full of joy and energy! Mahalo for all that you do for our Hilo town!

I love CupCake Boom. She is a God fearing woman. Service is excellent, the owner helps w/customers. The atmosphere is super positive. Everything over there is so delicious and colorful. I highly recommend this place. Pls support local businesses.
