One of my favorite go to places for ramen, udon, yakisoba, fried rice, chicken katsu curry and more. I love everything here. Great food, lots of flavor, umami everything ! It's great comfort food ! The portions are awesome , everything's fresh and you can tell they make their own noodles, broth and soy eggs. Highly reccomend this place for everyone who enjoys japanese style ramen.

This place is amazing if you are looking for vegan ramen. They have so many options like Miso vegan ramen, kim chee fried rice, mapo tofu udon, croquett. Just a bit expensive if you add toppings (2.5$) each on your ramen which is why i pulled a star back

Terrible food. We thought to try this place, after recently going to Goma Tei in Ala Moana, on Oahu. Daichi Ramen in Hilo is not even close. The cooks/owners of Daichi seriously need to try Goma Tei, and learn how to cook real quality Ramen! Also, I asked for lemon to put in my water, and they gave me the rind only! We will never return.

My husband picked this up and brought it to the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. It was a lot of food and it tasted really good. I would have liked to have tried it again. Very good!
