Not great. A friend bought the two of us a couple of blizzards. They made his and the two peoples after me then ran out of soft serve. Took them a few mins to replace the bag and when they made mine, I'm not kidding when I say I've had thicker milkshakes than this. All the while, we were treated like a minor inconvenience rather than a customer. Listen it's Not the end of the world, I left with a sugary milk treat, but I'm not coming back here for another.

We don’t have a DQ on Kaua’i so this was a very nice treat. The service was very good. They were very friendly and fast in completing out 3 Blizzards.

Great location, chili dogs, blizzard, orange Julius, you name it they got it. Except French fries, they don't have that.

The staff there is always wonderful but anything with banana always totally lets me down. They need to use only really ripe bananas. Drinks with the green banana taste and dry feeling just don't cut it. To whoever is making the fruit order, please, please PLEASE, pretty please, time it a little better or take anything banana off your menu until they ripen.

the lady cashier that was there wasn’t very customer service oriented but i mean life is rough i get it but at work, a place you chose to work at you should at least try but there was another person working who was making da food was quick and efficient so das why it’s 2 star instead of 1 :) if the service approves i’ll change it. i got the pretzel thingy and a blizzard and it be bus as always

Went to DQ yesterday Wednesday 1/17 the girl working was rude. I had to say hi 3-4 times just to get her to speak. She was sitting on a chair at the register and acted completely put out when she had to get up. I paid $11 for two small cones when I could’ve got the same thing at McDonald for $3. I frequent this location often & usually it’s better service and good vibes. I’ve worked in food and know how it goes, but have a better attitude at least you have a job. We will be back because the ice cream is bomb. Hope she is spoken to. I’ve had other employees help me that are niceMahalo for your time
