The staff there is always wonderful but anything with banana always totally lets me down. They need to use only really ripe bananas. Drinks with the green banana taste and dry feeling just don't cut it. To whoever is making the fruit order, please, please PLEASE, pretty please, time it a little better or take anything banana off your menu until they ripen.

My family and I were in Hilo and had a taste for some ice cream treats. Service was fast & friendly, even though they were super-busy. Our Blizzards were scrumptious and hit the spot!
