I have never written a Google review before, but I felt compelled to let the world know that this is hands-down the best Vietnamese spot in all of Hilo! The food is exquisite! I had an incredibly good tasting BBQ beef and lemon grass sandwich. Staff is very friendly. The sandwich was served very quickly (I selected my dining time due to no other customers). The portion was a perfect size. Pho Tiger had become my lunch stop when coming into Hilo on errands. Just a great value eating location.
Been coming here since they opened feels like. Seems like the owner recognizes me everytime i come and knows my order. Great family business and always smells so good. The only place in town that i get boba its so good.
