Everyone is always so happy to receive their food and they rave about it everytime we pick up that plate. The service, the correspondence, the smiles, the FOOD, the presentation and her gorgeous Lilikoi cake truly set the tone for our magical day. Everything was delicious, fresh and brought SUCH a feeling of Aloha to our event - start to finish. ALL of our guests were raving (and continue to) about how delicious & creative everything was. My husband and I loved that Jasmine utilized local ingredients and pulled authentic inspiration from the islands - and she absolutely knocked it out of the park with our “cocktail style” reception with passed heavy pupus and desserts! She also made it possible for us to have a private “cocktail hour” with our own cake cutting and a tasting plate of the appetizers - which ended up being our favorite moment from the evening. Jasmine’s cuisine is like an opera of top notch ingredients sourced at the farm and fisherman. She has a Michelin level knack of seasoning, cooking just right a wonderful mix of fish, meat, fish, vegetables and desserts. Her sauces are light and very umami, with a secret twist. Jasmine is a wonderful person that teaches people that one can eat very healthy in a very tasteful way. No sacrifices. Highly recommend and hope we meet again.

I wanted to serve local, fresh, yummy food that highlighted the unique flavors of the Hawaii. Similar to her family’s cafe in Hilo, Jasmine curated a menu that’s was fresh, high quality and innovative.Working with Jasmine to plan was just lovely. She provided thoughtful suggestions and it was obvious that she was passionate about delivering delicious food. Jasmine was incredibly flexible with our needs and totally reasonable with our requests. She made the process fun and exciting.The food was DELICIOUS. We did a buffet style with pass appetizers. Dry, tough meat?? Nope. Icky boring fish? Nope!!! I couldn’t believe how perfect it all was for such a large group of people. It was beautifully presented too! Many of our guest told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had.
