Got lunch from the walk up on a day trip to Hilo. The girl who took my order was kind and happy. I got shrimp and fried spring roll cold noodle and pot stickers. The noodle so good. Refreshing and not heavy. I imagine it would be amazing with pork as well. An order of pot stickers and the noodle dish cost about $35 and was enough for 2 people, Maybe even 3! The noodles were a bit difficult to eat on a car ride due to the dressing being a thin consistency but I threw a beach towel...

The staff was great. Now the food, I had a combo 13, which is Pho and seafood fried rice , and I was looking forward to enjoying it as my wife and I were very hungry, but I was really disappointed. The pho had no flavor at all, as if it was only water with noodles and the rice was really salty and dry. I like to support local businesses, and I am willing to give it another try. I just hope they up their food game a notch or two.
