Juan P made our IHOP experience truly exceptional. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He checked in at just the right times, made sure our orders were perfect, and kept everything running smoothly with a great attitude the entire time. You can tell Juan genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. His professionalism, friendliness, and positive energy turned a regular meal into a standout experience. IHOP is lucky to have him—give this man the recognition he deserves! As a regular customer, I can honestly say the IHOP staff always makes me feel welcome. They’re friendly, attentive, and consistent, which is why I keep coming back. They remember faces, work hard even when it’s busy, and always make sure the experience is a good one. It’s nice walking into a place where the staff truly cares and treats you like more than just another table.

I came in from Kona to get some Christmas shopping done. My parents always come here for breakfast. Suzy was my waitress and she was so nice and on it. I was literally out of there in 35mins. Actually every person I came in contact with that day had such good customer service, Suzy was the start of it. We all know holiday shopping and driving ain’t easy. A really great ihop. Friendly staff, great food, and lots of booths. Food is made to order, cooked up fresh and delicious. They have a few local favorites you won’t find at other ihops. Clean, and spacious. Located inside Prince Kuhio Mall. Highly recommended.
