The service was excellent. The Jr Deluxe style hamburger was really little in size as expected but poor in quality. I'd be embarrassed to serve it to customers. Also order the $4.89 curly fries. They were small too and tasted old. I won't be back.

An average Jack in the box. Busy as it was lunch time. They seemed to be a little short handed as far as employees. The food took a little while to come out. Staff was busy so you couldn’t tell if they were friendly or not. They were doing a good job even though they were short staffed. The tables were dirty someone could clean the dining room.

They made us wait 1:20 minutes for food. Once you are in line you cannot leave. After 1:20 minutes I paid for my food and they told me that there was no more. The manager was totally incompetent! Totally unprofessional! This place should be closed because they do not have staff to work. The manager played the victim and did not understand my annoyance at my 1:30 wait. In the end I did not get any food, my son received cold food.

ordered a medium coke with no ice, got a small cup filled 60% with soda because I didn't want ice. whoever the floor manager is seems like a total fascist and idk if I'll be spending more money here because of them

Wish I could give them 0 stars, the slowest moving drive thru I have ever been in. Hire some people who actually know how to do their job, nobody’s waiting 2 hours for soggy tacos😭 also why tf are y’all closing the lobby at 6pm

Don't allow app orders if you don't have the amount of workers needed to operate the business efficiently. Your workers are excellent. There's just not enough of them now per shift.

EDIT 12/18/24: Placed a mobile order. It said will be ready in 6 to 7 minutes or something like that. Waited 25 minutes and still no order. I went to the counter and he yells at my name. Nowhere does it say I have to check in. Now I have to wait another 3 or 4 minutes for them to make my order.

Birria tiny tacos.. they didn't include the dipping sauce.

Spicy Sauced & Loaded Wedges.. had no shredded cheddar cheese and was missing jalapenos.

Loco Moco Smashed Jack.. the picture on their website shows it's dripping with gravy, so I didn't order extra on it. It hardly had any at all. If there was gravy on it I couldn't tell. If there was an onion ring i couldn't tell.

I can't comment on every location, but this location once served me the worst onion rings I ever had. I took one or two bites and the box was not edible, so I ended up throwing them out.

Old Review: I ordered Monster Tacos which advertised red shells and I guess some sort of angry hot sauce or something. What did I receive? Regular boring tacos that tasted like crap. First time at a Jack in The Box and they sure made a bad impression on me.

The indoor area is closed earlier. Avoid drive-thru. Only 6 cars in front of me and I had to wait 53 minutes. The slowest drive-thru I've ever had.

I often come to this Jack in the box as it’s a convenient location and is open 24/7. For a fast food place, Jack in the box gives me my curly fries snd oreo shake fix but my god the service, at least in the drive thru, fluctuates heavily. When it’s good, it’s good but when it’s bad, it ruins my night. I understand the workers are tired too but that’s no excuse to redirect those feelings in the form of condescending responses and unnecessary attitude towards customers. Our drive thru worker, Ronnie, scoffed every time we added something to our drive thru order (we got an Oreo shake, a biscoff shake, and a meal box with curly fries). Also when ordering the meal box, she said verbatim “I don’t know what that is” in a rude and irritated tone. I understand that we may have not given the “legal name” of the menu item but for there to be no effort at all in trying to understand what we are talking about is just, simply put, horrible customer service.

UPDATE: It took us a total of 52 min to get our food. As for the response here from the store...we already sent our thoughts to heyjackbox.com before we even received the food.There were over 20 people waiting for food inside, but they seemed to just serve the drive thru. Everyone could see their completed completed ready from the kitchen, but no one was actually serving it. It was cold when we received it. Also 30 min before we received our food, I asked about how much longer. The response was, "well everyone else is waiting too." So no I dont think contacting jack n the box will help. You need a completely new staff including a manager because no one is managing this store.

Waiting over 30 min for food and still haven’t received the order. I asked when the food would be done and the staff response was, “everyone else is waiting too.” Rude staff and will never be back. Do not come here. It wasn’t even busy.

Donna the Manager made everyone walking in feel welcome and she was always smiling. She kept the restaurant clean and was constantly wiping stuff down. She even asked if I wanted water with my shake because that is what she would want.

Don’t do mobile order… much slower than actually walking in.. not sure how their algorithm or rather their brains work… or don’t. I watched 8 people come in order get their food eat leave and I was still waiting.. took them over 25 mins ?‍?

Nice place. Always busy, so sometimes you gotta wait. If you don’t like waiting, too bad. Work in fast food for a week. It’s not easy keeping up with all the orders! I’ve always had good experiences here, no matter how busy they are.
