Waited 10 minutes to order my 2 items, ready to pay with card but was told the pos was down. I told the old man I can go get cash from the car real quick. As I step out the door he booted my daughter out of the line and started to take the next order. When I came back it turned out pos was good, I asked if I can get my order and the old man looked in my face provocatively said you need to get back in line.

Waited 45 mins ! Food was ready in 10 minutes intervals so didnt even all come out together. This store needs to communicate that the wait will be so long so I could have gone to the double arches next door. Seems they are prioritising drive through and uber eats.. suggest the store shut down its sit down dining area..

Waited over an hour for our food! For 2 chicken sandwiches….. would have left and gone somewhere else if we didn’t pay through the app. When we finally got the food it was stale soggy and cold as it seemed like it was sitting for 45 minutes under the heat lamp. No sense of urgency with the workers. Asked about our food 4 different times and was told it is almost out every time. The food was awful we couldnt even eat it. It was a slimy mess. Fries were soggy wet. Never come here! We went somewhere else to eat. Now we are waiting for a refund as we submitted a ticket online. Haven’t heard back yet from support

This location has been declining over the past year. Short staffed, you can tell they pre cook the food hours in advance it’s so hard and stale. Orders are incomplete or you get the wrong item and the wait is long even when ordering in advance through the app. Definitely avoid here and go to McDonalds instead.

The service was excellent. The Jr Deluxe style hamburger was really little in size as expected but poor in quality. I'd be embarrassed to serve it to customers. Also order the $4.89 curly fries. They were small too and tasted old. I won't be back.

An average Jack in the box. Busy as it was lunch time. They seemed to be a little short handed as far as employees. The food took a little while to come out. Staff was busy so you couldn’t tell if they were friendly or not. They were doing a good job even though they were short staffed. The tables were dirty someone could clean the dining room.
