We ordered two breakfast sandwiches in the drive thru and got two brekkie sandwiches with zero eggs (and it is supposed to have an egg). Tried to call to correct and no answer, no machine. No way to rectify the situation except to get back in the car to address it in person. Lesson and reminder to eat local.

I have been sitting in the drive through line for a half hour and still have 2 cars in front of me. They need to shut this place down. I give it 0 stars. Don’t come near this place. Taco Bell next door had a line wrapped around the building when I pulled into this place and I only had the 2 cars in front of me and their line is gone. And I still have 2 cars in front of me.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Waited at the speaker for 15 Minutes until someone finally took my order. I then went to pay and waited for another 10 mins, no one came out so left. In total waited around 45 Minutes & didn’t get any food. Mind you there were only 5 cars in the drive thru. Never coming to this location again.
After a long day of traveling from Ohio to Hawaii, I was quite disgusted and disappointed by my first meal in Hawaii Firstly, the entire building was run down and overall dirty; bathroom doors were left open into the hallway and most disturbing of all was the toilet brush (used for cleaning toilets) lying on the order/pick-up counter. Secondly, my order was not right; I ordered a burger without condiments and when I opened it there was literally every condiment. Was a less than great experience and standing joke in my family…at least it made for an amusing first trip to Hawaii memory…hahaha! Also, lowkey bad when you can’t even make a mediocre 3 star review.

Every single time I come to the drive through im in line for 40 minutes or even more. Customer service sucks. The way they greet customers is very sassy and unprofessional.

Horrible horrible service, First off the worker’s get frustrated with the drive through customer’s and are rude, second the food that you get is always not the food you ordered and this happen’s every time I eat there, third when they tell you to wait in the parking lot for your food they forget about the customer outside. The manager of jack in the box in Hilo really needs to hire better workers that actually want to do there job and do a good job at it because the workers right now are useless and for the price of the food the workers make the food unappetizing and like I said it’s never the food you ordered it’s alway’s someone else’s order or the worker’s are just to lazy to make the correct one. Jack in the box in Hilo really need’s professional help ASAP!

Worst managed place on the Eastside of the Big Island. Drive thru is absolute garbage. They ALWAYS take sooo long. Last two times we went there, we ended having to back out of the drive thru because it never moved. Fortunately, the car(s) behind us back out before us which allowed us to backup and roll out. Even when we/I stick around and wait it out, it is at least a half hour or so of wait time. Plus, we always missing a food item and have to wait longer for them to make it.

Currently in line after 50 minutes, still the fourth car from the end window. (yes i would rate it 0 stars if i could).
Id give it less if I could. We ordered online, we go in we wait id say 15 minutes we started looking for our order on the board the woman says may I help u FINALLY. my friends like I dont even see my name on the board she replies oh cuz I erased them.. turns around says to thw one girl in the back our names here and doesn't apologize or anything. Food was subpar at best.. no napkins nothing..

I waited over 40 minutes just to get to the order window. The employees were moving like turtles. All the cars that were behind us left. They need to get on it. I understand fresh food, but this was ridiculous!

40 minute wait inside on a Sunday (2:00pm). No crowds only 3 cars in the drive through and 4 people ordering in the lobby. This is the 2nd weekend in a row that this has happened. They have 3 people working. One manager who stays in the back (burgers). One cashier/drive thru employee and 1 fryer person. They don't greet you. They just say can I take your order. We ordered online for pick up and arrived 15 minutes later. We waited for 10 minutes but they had not even started to make the online orders as there were 2 other people also waiting. One was a door dash driver. When our food came, the fries were cold, soggy, broken in half and had dirty black specs on them. The taste was horrible. It was dirty oil. I noticed that the fryer man was dropping fries and tacos constantly and then bagging them and they would sit there in the trays for a while until someone ordered them. I told the cashier that the fries were old, cold and soggy and he picked up the trash can and asked me to throw them in it and then went and told the fryer man. The fry guy told him to make them himself. So the cashier took the fry scoop, scooped up some fries, put them in a paper fry sleeve, arranged them with his fingers and gave them to me. I looked at him and was at a loss for words. He had just handled the trash can, and never washed his hands. Seriously! The tacos were over fried and over dry. they tasted hard as if stale and also were cold. This has happened to us 2 weekends in a row. Same manager, same cashier. Not sure about the fry guy. They need more people working inside. 3 cannot adequately run the store. The lobby was a mess. I put in 3 calls and several surveys and emails to JITB but they just want to send me coupons with out ever calling me back to find out what the problem was. Their customer service is also failing. The picture show how busy they were not.
