Visiting from Michigan! This was the perfect stop after a busy day of hiking! Mo and Mary were amazing and the food was great. Highly recommend!!
Took a while to get service. Messed up the order. Messed up pricing on check. Fish tacos dry. Hummus was fresh and great quality. Never got a refill on ice for tepid water. Never got more napkins. Overall, just not a fun experience and rather frustrating. Pretty sure I still paid more than I should have for happy hour but was just ready to go.
Food was exceptional!
Great food, local ingredients, friendly service with aloha spirit

Mahalo!
Nice place, great service. The food was excellent. I thought the food was better then more expensive places. Definitely going again.
There used to be 3 volcanoes on this island, and after eating with my family here I fear there is now several more. Unlike everyone who rushed to see Kilauea erupt, I would not recommend rushing to see my volcano erupt :).
Wow! Loved this! Beautiful atmosphere, excellent service and really delicious food!
Great restaurant with a very good menu. The atmosphere in the former bank rooms is very stylish and pleasant. We enjoyed the food very much

Really nice food at decent price for what you get. We enjoyed the fresh seafood here for a nice dinner.
Kid-friendliness: Nice keiki menu, it is upscale but also we didn’t feel out of place as a family.

Expensive, and disappointing, place was fancy ues but it is not a good place. Food is less than appealing and slow service took 40 min to order food. If you want a nice simple family dinner i don't recommend. Terrible place won't go again

My recent visit to Jackie Rey’s was extremely disappointing. Near the end of my meal, I found a fly in my drink. The bartender dismissed it, simply replacing the glass. When I asked to speak to the manager, Char, she offered only to remove an $11 soup from our bill and said they’d refund the meal with a doctor’s note if I got sick. Shockingly, she even mentioned that flies in food or drinks are ‘very common’ here, especially at tables.
This experience was unsettling and felt dismissive of basic cleanliness and customer care. I hope Jackie Rey’s takes these concerns seriously for the sake of future guests.

We dined here for a Happy Hour birthday celebration. This was a birthday dad's special request and Jackie Rey's hit all the marks! Our favorite items on the happy hour menu are Coconut Crusted Brie served with a pineapple relish and Crispy Pork Ribs. Their Angus cheeseburger is pretty basic, but hearty. Service and food are very consistent here and Happy Hour is definitely a good value.
