The food was delicious and a reasonable price. I had the shrimp scampi (added a side salad-the sesame dressing was amazing!!!) and the Hawaiian margarita!!! Moana was an amazing server…this is a place you have to try.-Ashley from Gilbert, AZ

I had the macadamia crusted special fish of the day. It was good. My husband had the prime rib and it was disgusting. He said it tasted like it had been sitting in the trash can in the alley. It looked gross too. The brussel sprouts & ahi tower were the favorite food selection we had.

Amazingly delightful meal. Laid back setting but very elegant setting and professional wait staff. High End! Building is old bank which is amazing with 20+ foot ceilings and iron work. We loved it!

Nice atmosphere. Service was friendly but slow. Ordered Cobb salad with chicken. Chicken was rubbery but the greens were fine. Pricey for lunch especially when all we had was water to drink.

Jackie Rey's has been a favorite for a while. Even though I've moved away from my hometown of Hilo, I make it a point to fly back from Honolulu often--sometimes primarily to eat here (as well as a couple of my other favorite Hilo eateries). The Clam Chowder beats any I've had in San Francisco (minus the bread bowl), and the ribeye steak was cooked to perfection! I also love the pineapple chutney that comes with the baked brie. You had better believe I'm going to keep flying back from Honolulu to add more points to my Jackie Rey's points card.
