The customer service from one of the cashier's named Shady, made the entire experience pleasant especially for my first time at Jamba juice.

Everything about Jamba is great. Just no seating area except outside. But this is Hilo. Rain abounds here! Most people just grab and go!

Well here it goes. I litterally left this location 10 min ago. And the atmosphere is negative I stood there for exactly 5 min not a single hi we be right with you nothing. I got looks stares felt like a bother. 1 was washing dishes 1 was doing god knows what 1 was making an order slamming things on the counter. Hey i get that at times it's frustrating overwhelming what bout but come on y'all work in customer service or was disappointing that i was craving a mango agogo and had to seek with Starbucks because i did not want that energy making my order

My experience at Jamba Juice was disappointing. When I walked in, there was only one person working who didn't acknowledge my presence. I stood there, hoping for some assistance or at least a greeting, but none came. After a few minutes of waiting I decided to walk out. The lack of customer service made it a rather underwhelming visit.

Unfortunately this location has really gone down hill.It used to be great when their manager, Pono, was still here. However, congratulations to him on his new endeavor! We are so happy for him.The entirely new staff seem clueless and are very impolite.The last 4 times I’ve been here they have been unable to make multiple items due to a lack of ingredients.Definitely a management and hiring problem going on.It used to be such a joy coming in with happy faces, music, good vibes, and drink availability.Now I dread when my kids want Jamba. Very bummed. I hope they figure it out.
