After sunrise at Mauna Kea, we rolled into Hilo searching for four coffees and four breakfast sandwiches. We had friendly drive thru service and got fantastic coffee and food. Make this place your stop.

Went there twice the food is amazing but some of the staff there sucks! I don't know who's the manger or what but you need to tell them to have good costumer service. I went there, two blone girls are always stuck up no smile. Look like they don't like what they do, the guys are nice always smiling. I work in the industry over 25 years and this is the worse place I ever went to. I usually dont put reviews but it was horrible. I mean I can give it another shot but don't know if I even want to.

You would think getting a milkshake would be a fast order. It took them so long, and they had like 6 staff members, and you can see the kitchen is small and look like chickens running in circles. We had 3 people asking us if we ordered. As a business owner, keep thinking about where the supervisor is or oder. Yes, even if I get frustrated every time I go because of how slow they are, I will support the business.
Delicious food but don’t be a walk in. They are slow and tell you they will be helping drive up before you. Once they do help you they are very kind and quick.

Took 20 minutes to get our food though it is supposed to be a quick experiment. Our server was very nice but forgot to ask for payment. We had to ask to pay as her five other colleagues sat around and ate chips and drank milkshakes. Very bad experience. When we finally got to eat the food (cost $50+ drinks) they tasted like we could have made them ourselves not to mention faster. The avocado in one sandwich was over ripe and tasted awful while the other sandwiches were just ok. Needs serious changes to how the drive in runs.

I paid over $10 for one laté! And this is the second time their laté gave me a stomach ache. $1.50 for a cup of water = DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!

Picked up coffee to go and got a strawberry milkshake as well which we shared. It was delicoius and homemade. Glad to see that they are going to start dine-in option again
