Good non-sbux coffee option in Hilo. They have plain croissants and bagels. Just ask. The service was good. Our person was really nice. It's a drive through so not much for ambiance!

A old school drive in where the servers walk-up to your car to grab your order! Many different choices of drinks and sandwiches. We got Breakfast Bagels, your choice of many options of bagels, with egg, cheese and choice of protein (ham, sausage or bacon). However, I found they were just that. Pretty bland and simple. And we loved our lattes! Cute logo, too!

Was recently told, and I quote, "not a priority" customer when waiting nearly 10 minutes at the front entrance door. Staff and management completely put off multiple, polite attempts asking to take our orders. Staff going to the cars taking orders were standing right next to us, and completely ignored us. Note: Drive through customers are priority customers, not park and order customers, nor pick up orders (kind lady in front of me had also been waiting for a long time to pick up her order), and my polite asks for service was for both of us. Apparently we were both not priority customers. I walked back to my car and drove off after having been a loyal customer since it first opened. Aloha and customer service have been slowly deteriorating.

The lines can be long and later in the day it can take a while to get the staff's attention, but once you do, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how they will go out of their way to make you what you want, the way you want it. Our personal favorite is an old fashioned chocolate milkshake!

We come here every time on the Island. My husband got the tuna salad sandwich in a croissant, I liked the chicken macadamia salad sandwich. They're always fresh and mouth-watering. The coffee is excellent. Service is a bit slow because they are always busy. I recommend always using the drive-through as the tables and chairs are small and limited. Perfect for breakfast on the go before a road trip to Kona.

My family and I were visiting from O'ahu when I stumbled upon this place on yelp. We had to try it because of the convenience of it being drive thru, however, don't plan on it being super fast as a drive thru. This place makes quality food and coffee so of course it's going to take a while, but it's worth the wait. They have a variety of coffee and food options to choose from so I would definitely recommend looking and planning ahead before coming to order. I've never been inside, but from the looks of it it's somewhat on the smaller side but there is a few tables and chairs outside to enjoy your food. It's a great place to try and would probably come back again whenever we visit :)
