Out of old habit I usually try KFC once when in US, hoping for some improvement (like old days). Unfortunatly KFC in US seems to be worse year by year.... Ordered a chickenbreast meal. Got something that looked like a sperrowbreast almost fried to death... On the good side... Pleanty of free space inside to sit down and enjoy the meal...

The service was very bad, they took long to take our order and we were sitting their for over and hour waiting for our food while other customers got their food first before us and very in neatly arranged in bag, the gravy was spilling. I’m very disappointed in this place and I don’t recommend going there

Horrible service person working the drive thru was rude as could be didnt even have chicken sandwichs which was the whole reason i went there ended up paying 18 dollars for a 3 piece of dry chicken what a RIP OFF go to safeway its cheaper and better

Haven’t been to a kfc in years so thought I’d drop in to see if it was as good as I remember. I paid 14 dollars and received the blandest piece of chicken I’ve ever tried. The fries were similarly unseasoned. Asked for pickles did not get any. Overall just take your money elsewhere plenty of good spots in

EDIT: yet again they screw up my order. Supposed to be a Nashville Hot Chicken loaded french fry bowl. It's got absolutely no sauce on it and no pickles.
I threw it right in the garbage.
Been here twice in the past 3 days and both times my order is wrong. Same cashier who doesn't really seem to care.
First order was large mash with gravy, small corn, and a side of gravy. Received mash with no gravy. I had wanted and paid for a side.
Today I order large mash no gravy and a small corn. He rings up a small mash with gravy and a small mac n cheese and I said that's wrong. Then he rings up a large mash with gravy and I said no gravy again. Then finally he rings up one with no gravy.
My fault for not seeing he rung up mac and cheese until I drove off. KFC has the worst mac and cheese in the fast food business I've ever had.

The cashier was doing her best but it takes very long to get your order through drive thru or at the counter because there is only one cashier handling both. Meanwhile there is 3 ppl in the back including the manager making the orders ready, while there is a line on both sides. The people who are preparing the bags put them on the side for the cashier to hand to the customers instead of handing it to customers themselves. I watched my bag just sitting there for over 10 minutes because the cashier was way too busy to help me and all this time the people in the back did not help her whatsoever and the poor lady at the window was waiting for a long time just to pay for her order, I understand that it's a different job duty and they'd probably have to change their gloves but when the wait times are over half an hour someone needs to step in to help... Like the manager perhaps.

The ordering was super smooth, got helped by a lovely lady into ordering a menu and a set of 6 chicken tenders. The surprise was when we got home and got 4 biscuit instead of the tenders. Dissapointed and hungry after spending 40$.
