The ice cream was good, the service was lacking. No visible restrooms for customers and even after spending almost $19 for two ice cream cones and a sundae, when my 2yr old daughter’s cone started melting they wanted another $0.52 for a very small plastic cup. That $19 included $1.50 for sprinkles- really? They are VERY stingy with napkins - myself and several other customers had to ask for them.

Most of the food is good but recently had called to complain about something regarding the food and was treated very poorly with no respect for a long time continued customer! Was supposedly handed the call to the manager who hung the phone when asked for her name!! I didn’t even ask for a refund or to have my meal replaced! Only asked to have more of what the dish actually was supposed to be (curry). Called back and asked the female employee what the managers name who I spoke to and she gave me the run around and was going to get someone else to take the call! (WTH) She too wouldn’t give a name for this manager! So very frustrated… I eventually hung up!! Never ever more a customer of KCs and for sure will definitely pass this story around!! Time to find a better tasting, wayyyyy better customer service place who treats their long time customers with respect! Forget the gravy…. Trip back will be a waste of my time. The dogs might enjoy it better! 😌😛🤪😜🙂↔️

They have food too… This was an unexpected surprise! We were there for the soft serve. The plain vainilla one was delicious, I’m not sure if it was the milk or the vainilla but was great. The other blended ice creams were really good. Not a place where we chose to sit down though.

Desserts are choke & onolicious! My Uncle enjoys the beef stew plate & the chili & frank plate. And it's never too cold for a strawberry or coke slush float & some French fries🍦🍨🍟 Yummy, yummy in my tummy😋

Very diverse menu with local grinds, burgers, daily specials, with many drinks and soft serve options. Drive Thru is quick and convenient.
