My husband and I love love love eating here after a hard workout. The food is fresh, homemade, healthy and just down right Delicious. My husband orders the Lemongrass Chicken Ba’nh-mi and I get the Vegetarian. The owner is sooooo nice. She comes over to our table and tells us that she grows the fresh herbs in her garden, and that goes on top of the sandwiches. We’re so glad we found this little gem in Hilo💕💕💕
We decided to try their spring rolls after watching a food video on YouTube. It was the best decision made. The spring rolls were the best we've ever had, crispy on the outside with very tasty ingredients on the inside. I think it was the taro that made the difference. They were so good that we re-ordered. Cute food truck in a gravel lot with four or five other vendors. Cash only—but there is a gas station down the street with an ATM. Menu is small, but that doesn’t matter because it is all great! My husband and I agreed that this was the best bahn mi we’d ever had. The bread was crunch but soft, so you’re not destroying the roof of your mouth.
