Friendly staff, and they had my pizza ready in minutes. I recommend you drop by and visit them and support the business.

Ordered in drive thru, Andrew at the window was very rude and seemed not all there tbh. He handed me the orange slip and said told me someone would bring the food out shortly. An hour later and we’re still waiting in the parking lot after seeing people come and go. I went in for a refund, the workers could clearly see me standing at the register but decided to keep talking in the back, and when I was helped I was told to “try wait” as they went to get help. I asked for a manager and after pulling up my order, he asks Andrew why it wasn’t sent through because it was paid for and he responds with “idk” I got the refund and the manager apologized but they all seemed to not care much. I ended up going to the one out of town and it literally took 30 seconds for me to order, pay and leave with my food. Horrible experience and will never be going back.

Food was excellent! However service was the worst that i’ve ever experienced in my entire life. The worker Sara H (on the receipt) seemed confused if she even was supposed to be working. Had to repeat my order multiple times and she still got it wrong. When we asked for a refund she just stared blankly at the floor like she wanted me to leave. When i asked for a manager after 2 minutes of silence she said no the computer crashed and continued to stare at the ground. Then cursed loudly in front of me. When the manager eventually came, there was no one that even apologized and acted as if we were an inconvenience. Left feeling very unsatisfied she must be retrained immediately.

They try hard but usually come up short. They're all heart but only one oven for the greater part of hilo. I'm disappointed that the owner did not anticipate. There should definitely be another oven there. To compensate for the amount of people that live in Hilo. One oven is not enough when it's busy. These pizza parlors need to realize that and step it up. Owners don't realize the glout they get from the customers for lack of leadership. They need to do better. The island relies on these businesses. Owners need to be more self-aware. They're gaining a lot of negative attention.

Kids wanted Little Caesars for dinner tonight so we went through the drive thru around 6:30pm. Didnt have to wait since they had the pizzas we wanted ready. The guy working the window tonight was excellent! I should of asked his name. Great customer service! Staff is always great when we come here. Thank you guys.
The owner is a legend of the game. Been there 2 times in a week, all the way from the Netherlands. Also check out his other restaurants Barria Burrito at the other side of the Island.
