This is the worse McDonald store in my 44 years. We drove through but they gave us the wrong order. It takes us 15mins to get a bbq sauce. The service is so bad.

Normal & basic McDonald's with the only exception is you need a code to use the restroom!!!!
This is the fault of Mcdonalds corporation, Not the Management or employees. Everytime I see the new lobby design where they buikd the wall, closing off the customers in the lobby, the customer experience is reduced so horribly, the mind instantly says "Well, I guess it's drive-thru only now, cause this doesn't work!" This place used to Absolutely Rock. Full of Rockstars! The corporation reduced it to trash.

This place is one of those McDonald's that are well run. Food never seems like it was sitting around, they don't usually take too long, never seems messy or dirty, staff is friendly enough, bathroom always sanitary, staff stays busy, blah, blah, blah. For some reason I just like this one over others around, and it's right in downtown Hilo.
