This place is one of those McDonald's that are well run. Food never seems like it was sitting around, they don't usually take too long, never seems messy or dirty, staff is friendly enough, bathroom always sanitary, staff stays busy, blah, blah, blah. For some reason I just like this one over others around, and it's right in downtown Hilo.

Drive thru is super slow. There's 2 lanes goes into one. Cars should go lane to lane, but no. 2 cars one lane the one car one lane. It kinda sucks. Filet o fish looks like a 5 year old made it
