They get my order wrong nearly every time I go. They don't even refund you, instead making you drive all the way back to get the food that you paid for, which they'll probably mess up again. Don't even bother unless you're willing to sift through your bag in the drive thru to make sure they didn't miss anything.

I went to McDonald’s and ordered a quarter pounder for my husband and now he’s sick to his stomach. We believe he has food poisoning he can’t keep food down and his stomach hurts real bad They had a problem with the onions last yr and it might be back again. Be careful everyone. This place is across from sac n save in Hilo

If I have time to stop, this is my fav McDonald’s on island. Always do curbside and I love the sweet lady with the piercings she makes my day whenever I see her! Great staff, best hashbrowns, and the ice cream machine is never broken

The manager/supervisor was very judgemental and after I ordered my food, threw my food back at the restaurant and yes my behavior was conducted very poorly but I was hungry and emotional ATM.
