Horrible customer service, food is always cold, most of the time it’s drive thru only and super slow, they rush you through your order, they should just close this McDonald’s down. For the price of food it is not worth it.

the app said "McDonald's at 2100 Kanoelehua st., Hilo" is closed at 23:50. but they are open. can't make order through the app. same every night. reinstall app doesn't help. what a shame.

As of 02/23/24 "no refills on drinks", this is something that I usually factor into the price. They were friendly about it but I didn't see it in advance. They just have a note that the machines are down, nothing saying they can't refill them behind the registers like restaurants typically do when self refills are not available.

Orders available in store from 8-20 p.m.Subsequent times must be ordered through mac thru.The fries are not salty and delicious.You have to leave out the Big in the Big Mac, but it's okay because it's delicious.Bacon McDouble is also delicious.

Nice friendly service. I wish McDonalds would reopen the refill soda fountain. The excuse McDonalds is giving for not allowing refills is that it is because of Covid is weak.
