Tried the food truck out after so many great recommendations and it was awesome ! Very generous portions and the quality was very satisfying! Definitely would recommend and try this place again !
It’s a food truck so the atmosphere is based where they set up. Downtown Hilo is cool but you never know what to expect lol

I pick up food at least twice a week from Panchos, usually after swimming because it’s very filling! Tacos for me or the Burrito for my grandson, I also love the Sinaloa burrito plate and Mulita!
