The best local coffee available! This is a true coffee shop that serves fresh locally grown coffee. The store front is inside the actual roasting facility where you can enjoy the aroma of fresh, quality beans roasted to perfection. They offer free samples of their delicious coffee and the barista is extremely knowledgeable.
This is the place for specialty coffee. The coffee is sourced locally as well as worldwide. They have connections with some of the finest in the world. They roast on site in small batches. I sampled the Ka'u Peaberry, highly recommend. Excellent Customer service, they took the time to explain their coffees and were not rushed. Check their schedule, they are only open certain days.
A wonderful local coffee spot in Hilo. We tried the cold brew and the pour-over, both of which had delightful aromas and unique flavors. The barista was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
