This was my first time eating here and was so impressed! Very nice menu, reasonable prices , clean . Food presentation was beautiful and everything we tried was delicious! I ordered the beef stew pho and the meat was so tender and broth very savory . We also ordered the Vietnamese pancake which was really fun and different . The dipping sauce we just couldn’t get enough of . Can’t wait to come back and try other dishes. This is definitely a hidden gem in Hilo.

We came in at 7 p.m. on a Saturday as tourists. We picked it mainly because it was not busy. It deserves to be. The food was delicious. The spring rolls and everything after was very fresh. Don't pass this spot up for something busy and expensive 2 blocks away. Just have some delicious food here instead.

Had a great experience eating here. The food is delicious with a decent sized menu. If i had to recommend one dish it'd be the Vietnamese wings. They were some of the best wings I've tried but portion size wasn't big so keep it an appetizer and get yourself a main dish. Atmosphere was nice and chill. Very comfortable and clean place to be, and nice enough to take someone on a date. Oh and don't forget to look at their specials and desserts. I tried their tapioca banana cake and it was so good.

Pho’ Bistro really came through. Honestly, some of the best service I’ve had on the Big Island so far. My server Xander was awesome. Super friendly, kept checking on me, and made sure I had everything I needed without overdoing it.
I got the beef pho and it was legit one of the best bowls I’ve ever had. The broth had so much flavor, more than I usually find on the mainland. It had everything I like in a good bowl of pho and nothing was missing. I wiped that thing clean. Not a drop left.
If you’re in the area and craving pho, you’ve got to stop here. You won’t regret it.

This place is amazing. It doesn't matter what you order. Even the smallest of items turn into a feast. They give you so much extra with your order. There's so much love coming from the people who work here and they definitely want you 2 enjoy their cooking just as much as they do. This restaurant is definitely the diamond in the rough. Their food is addictive. I'm warning you ahead of time. Proceed with caution. 🫶🏻

This was my first time coming here and my last. Server that helped us was dressed in sweater/sweatpants with flip flops, and looked like she just woke up. There was a hair on our spring rolls and the $3.00 soda they gave me was a 12 oz. can with the expiration date of September 22, 2024. I had to ask my friend if I was reading it wrong but it was showing as that. It’s Jan 2025, how disgusting and risky of them to serve expired unsanitary food. Pho wasn’t even pho and I’m incredibly grossed out and feeling frustrated with the whole experience. Very sloppy and just a cash grab tbh.
