They made the wrong size pizza so we had to wait a fair bit after we got there for them to make the correct one. You'd think they'd make it right by giving us the medium that they made by mistake. Or a dessert or something! But when we did get the pizza, it was delicious 😋

Don’t call to make your order the lady who took my call took forever just to place my order & made multiple mistakes. Then was going to charge my $10 more in a matter of minutes & my order somehow came out $30 cheaper just by walking in instead of delivering

The best pizza I have every order from the Hut. Kinoole location you rock!!! Glad I chose to travel the extra few miles. Almost turned down pizza because the only time I ordered from the Hilo location (since their move) I not only got bad customer service but the pizza was nasty. The pizza tastied like garbage with a doughy texture like wet dog. As long as the Kinoole location is around I will remain a customer.

They are super fast and the pizza is always genuine ingredients. After eating at little ceasars FOREVER I will never look back again. Pizza Hut for the win.
