Fast, friendly service. Delicious pastries, get the Ube scone, it is fantastic! Caramel latte with oat milk and vanilla cappuccino were both great. The sandwiches are huge! Worth every penny!

Very good pastries and donuts, the coffee is good, the staff is outstanding. I've not tried their sandwiches or meals but based on the orders going out the door I suspect they are very good as well. If you're in a rush, order ahead as they may not have what you're after when you get there.

Found this gem on Google. We walked in and most of the case was empty, but the clerk offered some that were coming out within the hour. They were delicious! The purple sweet potato icing and strawberry icing yeast donuts were so fresh. We also got a Popover because you have to get a Popover when that is the name of the place! Wow!! Delicious and fresh served with some citrus butter. We also got a chocolate puff that was like a mini pain au choclat. They also had cold cans of coke which earns bonus points!!

The bread for the breakfast sandwich is made fresh and the sandwich has a sauce that totally elevates the flavor profile. It’s a must try! Coffee is top notch as well. It was also nice to avoid the crowd with this hidden gem.

OMG, this place is the best. I've never had a popover as a sandwich before, literally the best popover I've ever had. Their in house sauce could be sold commercially it was so delicious. Pastries were freaking great too, Everyone needs to try this place!!!

Great food right near Hilo airport. Delicious and unique popover sandwiches. The pop over is cut in half and each half is filled with tasty things; we got breakfast sandwiches which had scrambled eggs veggies and had browns, and also a couple of the little fruit puffs. Way more food than expected and friendly service!
More than anticipated! Delicious vegetarian sandwich, too! The popover bread is unique and delicious. The staff are cool and kind. They also have ono local classics… The flavor and care put into the food is of much higher quality than the cafeteria-like ambience suggests ; )

My husband ordered the Breakfast Sausage Popover and I got the Breakfast Flatbread.
We were blown away by the flavors!
I was trying to eat my flatbread before it was cool enough, but I didn’t care! It was delicious!
And my husband tore up his popover sandwich. He also asked for extra house sauce, which really made the sandwich pop!
The interior looks a little well-loved, but I took it as a sign of success through genuinely kind staff and good food.
The sign says they were established in 2019, and after enjoying their breakfast options, lattes, mango puff, and triple coffee scone, I can understand how they were able to survive covid!
The vibe was comfortable, the food was 10/10, the service was impeccable, and the pastry selection had me drooling.

We stopped by Popover on the way to an event in Hilo and we were very impressed. The breakfast sandwiches were large and filled to the brim with toppings. The sauce they put on the breakfast sandwich is amazing. Despite it being filled up with toppings I suggest putting it back together like a sandwich for eating. We ordered ahead online and only had a 10-15 min pick up time. Staff were very friendly and joked with me as I picked up the order. I highly recommend trying them out for your next breakfast on the go.
