Came here for breakfast buffet! Great options for vegetarians!

They had lots to choose from. The bacon was cooked perfectly as was the omelette. Miso soup was a fun option for breakfast

Service is fine but food is terrible. I ordered Mahi Mahi and it was overcooked to the point where it was dry. I'm not saying the fish wasn't moist, I'm saying it felt like I had a mouth full of sand. I told our server and she was very accommodating and after speaking with the manager she offered to come the entree. This didn't seem like the first time this has come up. Also, manager didn't table touch and apologize. Very weird but the server we had was great. Silly me, I assumed fish would be cooked perfectly in Hawaii. Anyways, save your money.

Great Valentine's buffet to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, it was noted on our reservation and not a single member of staff or management wished us a happy anniversary. Yikes?

Great hotel, so we were surprised at this restaurant. My son liked the kid's cheeseburger, but everything else was pretty lame. My wife ordered a glass of Riesling and got a Chardonnay instead. Driest Caesar salad in existence. Completely flavorless pasta. We were told they had mahimahi but the fish that came out was anything but - wrong shape, wrong texture, wrong flavor. yet the waitress insisted it was real mahi and Riesling. Blech. Will never return.

Good buffet but to pricey for the quality of food. Worth it for groups/some special occasions but that's about it.

My drink was ok but pretty sweet

Went to dinner last night, the price for the buffet has gone up but the food quality has gone down. The steamed crap were mushy and tasteless. The prime rib was chewy and dry. I don't know how you can ruin potatoes but they did...the sliced hard potatoes were floating in a fake buttery oil. We won't be going back anytime soon. So disappointed not to mention feel like I got ripped off paying $142.00 for two

Normally I would give more stars but last nights buffett was not up to par. The food was not hot and my coffee was semi warm. The service is great though, they are on it with the refills and clearing of plates. Just wish the food and coffee was hot. Desserts were good though, the Likikoi Napolean was the Bomb.

Great food and nice view of the Hilo bay

The service was very good but the food was far below expectations. We were looking forward to crab legs, unfortunately they were so overcooked that they were flavorless. The melted butter substitute tasted like stale dated popcorn oil. There were no fresh vegetables to speak of. The sashimi was rubbery. While location is convenient it will likely be worth the trip to find better options.
