I went to their location in Hilo and it was closed. Said it would be open the next day. It was not. I’d been planning to visit for months and was very disappointed. I’ve emailed them and they promised to get back to me the next day. That was almost 3 months ago. I’ve had not much better response on their Facebook page too. Customer service is terrible

I tried the Pineapple Mint. Did not taste any pineapple. The flavor kinda reminds me of hibiscus tea and mint. Like I was just chewing gum and swallowed it. The mint stays with you. It is strangely good, and refreshing. Give yourself self a couple swigs to get used to it. Different weird and strange. Gonna try it with Sailor Jerry rum.

I tried the mango hibiscus the other day and loved it so I went back for more. I bought another bottle and also got the pineapple mint. Who would ever think about combining pineapple & mint, but my gosh, it's delicious. Can't wait to try all of the flavors.

Wanted to visit and buy some tea since I’m visiting from NYC. Showed up at 10:45am since they’re “open” from 10-5. The people inside saw me at the door and didn’t come over. When the fed ex guy came she opened the door and I asked if they’re open and she said “no we’re not”. No sorry, or come back at a later time. I just wanted to buy some tea and a souvenir. I used to buy their tea in NYC all the time and now I ll think twice about spending $8 for a bottle of tea. Bad business. Very disappointed.

Brilliant sustainable products that taste like heaven. Love the concept, love the people, asked but it because I live Hawai'i. ❤️

Tried it through our water delivery company. Didn’t care for any of the flavors. Flavors a muted and some are overpowering. The lemon rose, is rose water. Pineapple mint. Is all mint, almost has a numbing after taste. The mango hibiscus was ok but very watered down. The label packaging is wonderful from a marking stand point. But I think it’s very over priced for what it is. Flavors don’t seem to blend. Also not a fan of the glass container.

D E L I C I O U S. A Hawaiian treat with great flavor. Found them priced at around $2.49 to $3, even locally, but you can find them on the mainland for a similar price at most Rocket Fizz stores.

Very professional and helpful. It’s awesome that their products are grown, created and manufactured on the island; I recommend getting their variety pack. I am proud to support local business! Mahalo

Great people and love the back story of how this business came to be. Got to go on a Huaka'i with a bunch of my leadership group statewide and able to Malama aina in the property. It was very nice to here the story of how the business came to be; yet inspire our youth of Hawai'i. The store is at a Great location in downtown Hilo. Has a very nice vibe when walking in. My favorite tea is the Guava Ginger, nice and refreshing.

One of the best tea shops around! They let my husband and I sample all of the flavors and told us about the process of how they make their tea! Very nice people who truly care about marketing their product.

Delicious and healthy teas using the Hawaiian Māmaki leaf and monk fruit for sweetner! My favorite is the Guava Ginger Blossom. So refreshing! Love it!
