Man, I had the worst customer service from (Isabella?), not sure how to spell it. Ordered a burrito and she tried to give it to a fellow employee telling him “she can wait”. He refused it it appeared and she took it back and walked it over and handed it to me saying “I’m sorry”. Clearly upset, I went in a few days later to let the shift manager know, she is Chinese I believe, not sure of her name.. I told her what happened and she said I was mistaken, it was some other person’s burrito with two Srirachas on a dead day.. and she was handing it to them. What a coincidence !!! Um, no. I watched the entire thing- the girl clearly wanted browny points with her friend and realized quickly that I saw and took it to me. The shift manager was in the wrong to defend this person and was very haughty about it. Strange. So if she was just giving the person before me my exact same order- why did she take it back from them- bring it to me and say “I’m sorry”?? Yeah- doesn’t make sense. I won’t be returning to this location. Must say it’s a shame because most of the employees are very very sweet and great people. But two bad experiences ruined it for me.

This was my first time ordering a secret menu item. It turned out so amazing and John my barista their energy made it all the better. They were hyping up my option and it really made me smile. The drink couldn't have been better. I got a vanilla créme frappe with three pumps caramel and three toffee nut, topped with caramel. Definitely recommend! ✨💚

Always friendly service and clean. Sometimes the line is long but that is not Starbucks fault they are doning the best they can. Lots of seating ? with window views of the Target parking lot.

I'm here now and I decided to leave this review right away. This is a courteous friendly crew that made me coming back to Starbucks. It may be me.....coming from Vegas where Starbucks employees are absolutely rude (then stick those payment machines with 15-20-25 percent tip buttons). I tried to tip here where it is well deserved but the cashier said "no tips but thank you for the thought". How's that for being courteous to a customer.

Starbucks sells outrageously expensive, watered-down coffee. Why would anyone go here when Hawaii Island has some of the world's best locally grown coffees which are sold at delightful local coffee houses? For a rich, bold, delicious brew (at a cheaper price), I highly recommend Just Crusin or Kohala Coffee. And there are so many other local coffee houses deserving of your business!

We all had to grab a refreshing drink after we were finished with our shopping in Target. Not a bad place for a souvenir too! We bought 4 cups, varying sizes, to use as gifts when we got back home! Same quality you expect at any other location! Aloha!!
