Absolutely favorite Starbucks on the Big Island, and that is mainly because the workers 👷!! Because I'm always ordering online, they basically see me like a few times a week so when I go in to pick up my usual (* A VENTI CARAMEL RIBBON CRUNCH, EXTRA EVERYTHING WITH A DOUBLE SHOT*) they are already greeting me with my name. They already know which one is mine and if I'm being honest makes me feel like I'm V.I.P. LOLLL! Also they are super fast literally my order was done in 2 mins can you believe that. COFFEE IS MY ADDICTION AND I LOVE IT!!

This location is incredibly irresponsible and unreliable. They consistently just close unannounced, leaving you to drive thru traffic to watch their staff inside doing nothing with a sorry closed sign posted. Zero trust building or concern for their customers and brand

They heated my brownie without asking, there are no outlets to plug in computers or devices to get my work done, and there is only one bathroom stall. They also only set breakfast food; no protein platters or sandwiches. If you are looking for a Starbucks experience, this isn't it

Homeless every time we go in, hang out there drinking water and staring at you. Last time the staff totally forgot our food order. Blamed the printer. We told them multiple times our order. They kept forgetting food and items like 3 times. Very slow. The chairs are ridiculously loud and need soft pads on the bottom. Just not a good quiet choice for a coffee shop to go when you just want to study and relax in peace With a breakfast Sammie n coffee. Only shop in town I could find with WiFi however. Ugh
