The customer service from one of the sandwich makers was kind of stand offish. I said thank you multiple times, and the lady just looked at me like I was dumb. The sandwich was neatly packed, but I asked for triple toasted, and I got one. I didn't want to hold up the line, so I let it go.Overall, customer service is always number one if your having a bad day don't take it out on your customers.Parking: Limited parking in front the restaurant.

Wanted to try something different had a pastrami sandwich it was ok thought it would be ok for blood sugar levels but half a sandwich spiked it to over 170. Didn't realize it was over 15 plus dollars for a sandwich but now I know 3 sandwichs over 52 dollars. Anyways, will be in search for places that is better for sugar levels for the buck. Extremely rude service for no reason, your "sandwich artists" need more training on how to not be condescending and bitter to customers :) on top of that they made my (pickup) order wrong so apparently they also can't read. Unfortunate!

They over toasted my daughter's sandwich and then got hers and another person's sandwich mixed up. But when they made her feel judged by what she wanted on her sandwich was just wrong. We won't be going to this subway again.

There customer service sucks a** everytime we have came here. They have been not friendly. Compared to Pahoa Subway or the one downtown area is soooo much better. Shape Up Kanolehua Subway. If I could do 0 Stars I would.
