This place don't answer phone calls. Don't care about customers. They not even booked out. Restaurant is always empty!

Hour of operation is not correct. Restaurant closes from Dec.25 - Jan.9 without online notice and says fully booked until June.2025.

Once I read someone else's review of "The owner's Golden Porche catches the eye", that was it ?. This place is ridiculous to even exist in Hilo. KTA fish department, and Da man with da pan, way moa better ?

Amazing food. Had the chirashi chefs choice. Great service. Tea was tastey. Only eight spots to sit around in a sushi bar set up. Reservations required. Had a ring a bell to get in.

Parking: Parking stalls directly in front. Lots of stalls in the lots bit it is a bit chaotic.

Best sushi in town. Great selection. Delicious Aji, uni, cod roe,... 8 seats in the house. Try the abalone, the baked Avocado, and delicious ice creams & sorbets. Try it all!!! Reservation only.

Hands down this sushi is the best. It tastes like it came straight out of Japan. Which it did! All the fish comes straight out of Japan and caught the day before. It tastes so good but I had to wait 9 months before I could dine here. This was so good. 5 star rating!

Learned of this place 3 years ago and now it is our most anticipated Sushi eating spot in Hilo.It is difficult to get in due to limited seating(8 seats) and availability but if you make a reservation some months in advance, you might get lucky. They offer to go orders as well. The owner creates traditional Japanese sushi/ cuisine. They offer an array of styles and such excellent flavor all prepared in front of you. It is a little true taste of Japan.Kumamoto oysters, Hamachi Collar, Salmon Belly, Toro Nigiri and Torched Hotate are just a few of our go to favorites.Always clean, always delicious, always worth the wait.
