Great new spot in Hilo! We had the vegetable curry rice (comes w/two pieces of boneless chicken thigh, mmm!) and the lunch special yakitori udon. Incredibly tasty. Very nice staff. Will definitely be back to try more menu items!?

We ordered the fried wings and thighs, and the yakitori bowl. The wait time is a bit long but it's because they fry them fresh. Everything was super delicious from the light batters to the fluffy rice, and the amazing sauces. Mmmm, now that's finger licking good!

First time visiting this new restaurant and this has to be one the best fried chicken places I’ve ever tried ! The chicken was fried nicely and the meat was still juicy tender and not tough or dry! I’ll definitely be recommending this place to everyone I can.

Thought I'd never get it here as I did in Japan UNTIL NOWCONSISTENCY ALWAYS THE SAMEI definitely recommend the KARAAGE even the VEGETARIAN CURRY is deliciousAlso be prepared to wait its made to order and always a line especially during lunch time ITS WORTH THE WAITHope this helps your decision to check it out

Just awesome. Great service. Nice, clean fresh atmosphere. Superb chicken! I went and got the 6 piece chicken with wasabi mayo sauce. $13. 1.50 more if you want extra sauce. Tired of minute stop or the underwhelming KFC? Popeyes and J Hara too far to drive? Hilo now got a new chicken spot, and this place is action!
