Ordered some burgers to go, medium rare, no one greeted me when I arrived. The burgers presentation was good but they were cooked too much overly done/ dry and cost too much for what they are offering. The staff never checked to see if everything was all right. I’m sure the kombucha Is good, but the staff seemed more concerned with chatting with each other than their service.
Edit after 8 months: moved to 3.2 from 2.
I wanted to add an edit: it took months after this review to truly see a change here and I believe it’s because one singular person isn’t there anymore; at least from what we see. The one employee that we had the most issues with hasn’t been seen in months and when I say the vibe there, is getting better. I mean it. There’s still room for improvement tho. Vegan food is very tasty. Kombuchas are awesome! We had the vegan street tacos, bibimbap, flower kombucha, Almond cacao brownie. Just be careful if you have nut allergy since its cashew cheese.
