Incredible. The pork belly and seaweed tofu are the highlights for me but everything here is fantastic. And so cheap! The guy who runs this place is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful about dietary restrictions like gluten (there are 4 or 5 quite good gf options). Delicious cheap dessert options too.
He makes the pork belly himself and it’s truly amazing.

Been to lots of vegan restaurants, cafe-style joints and high end restaurants in CA and CO, and none compare to the price, quality, and quantity served up by these aunties and uncle. The 3 choice plate is an amazing amount of delicious food. The pork-less pork, summer rolls, and pho were all standouts
