I’ve been waiting to come here for a few days and finally made it. The pho was delicious the broth was flavorful and tons of vegetables and tofu! They also have a selection of hot items. This tofu was a nice addition. Will defiantly be back!
Just a short 2-minute walk from the famous Hilo Farmers Market, there’s this family-run vegan restaurant. They offer a fully vegan menu—we tried the Vietnamese spring rolls and two different noodle dishes. The owner and their family were very friendly. The location isn’t the nicest, but with food this good, no complaints!
I love everything about this place. We had the buffet and I chose the fish, the pork belly, and the greens. I wish I could have sampled everything because it all looked good and the items I ordered were amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. Atmosphere was simple and homie. I really wanted to come back and try some other items from the buffet but they were closed on the last two days of our stay. #Veganuary
