Cool authentic feeling place. It took a very, very, long time to get the food but we went at rush hour. Got a hamburger loco, kimchi burger, and fries. Loco gravy was not my favorite, and burger was fine. Would go again but would likely order something else.

Ordered Verna's bento, mushroom chicken & mountain view plates. Would've taken pictures but the meals were consumed before I thought about it. Good food, fair prices. If you're in Hilo, worth the visit.

Very good service I thought I was in for a treat but was very disappointed wene I saw my Kahlua pork go in the microwave and then put on my take out dish it was dry and very disappointing also saw only one person wearing gloves and mutpuil without out theme handling food it kinda grossed me out.it was bland and dry and also fairly flavorless.
