If you haven’t tried White Guava Cafe yet, we highly recommend it! The portions are generous, the flavors are incredible, and the kindness behind the service is unmatched.
One of the best spots on the island. Our favorite cafe in Hilo! Huge portions with tasty food. We love the Katsu chicken, Korean chicken and purple sweet potato salad. Kids are a big fan of their french fries (crispy). The fresh salad is HUGE so do check the portion size before ordering unless you want to take leftovers home.

We had a great experience today. Our waitress Kailee was very attentive to us. Our food was amazing. We had the Korean chicken entree with sides of rice and salad. Also, had the vegan coconut vegetable curry entree ( on the sweet side), with sides of rice and salad. Food was fresh and the portions were very genorus and satisfying. Atmosphere was pleasant with minimal noise. We enjoyed our food and will return to try our menu items. Highly recommend.

The fried chicken here was fantastic. I had it with the spicy Korean sauce and loved it. It had a perfect crunch. Absolutely must stop by. They also give a piece of bread with a tangy flavored butter to start, which was nice. Service was pleasant and attentive

Our first time eating at this place very disappointing from the service to the food never again! We ordered a loco moco & was very clear on what we ordered the waitress just couldn’t get our order right! the Mac salad was spoiled & the cook apparently can’t cook an over easy egg the egg was all runny not even cooked. I had the spicy Korean chicken taste like they poured Tabasco sauce all over the chicken the utensils look like wasn’t washed. A Roman roach was crawling on the table just overall disgusting NEVER AGAIN!!

This place is amazing. Coffee was hot and SO good. Food was very fresh, locally sourced, and served hot! Great flavor and aloha vibes. I loved the local tunes🎶 Service was friendly. The prices are affordable and the only reason I gave 4/5 Stars is because I ordered a loco moco special with a Beyond patty but was served the beef. I ate it still and will be back. It is no question whether you should go anywhere else, this is the place.

We were there on a Friday afternoon. They were out of hamburgers. Service was very slow even though there were few other diners at the time. I got a chicken sandwich and the bun was very soggy. The restaurant itself seemed very hot. The family bathroom was messy with garbage overflowing. We will not return.

Literally the worst fries I ever had. Tasted like they were deep fried 2 days ago, and then microwaved right before being served to me.
I am praying that I don't get sick after eating here.
Not only was the food terrible, our waitress was extremely rude and acted like she doesn't want to be there.
There are much better options around the area, even a fast food joint is far better than this garbage.
