The food is amazing. I got the tamale plate, the day's special. Service was great. These are all meant to be to-go, but it stayed hot on my way to the scenic point in Kona, where I was able to enjoy my meal!

Best counter service Mexican food available on the island. This comes from a native San Diegan who has grown up with constant access to authentic Mexican food.

Reasonably priced ($14 for a two taco combo), especially given their remote-ish location in coffee country. Made to order, super hot and fresh. Pollo, birria, and carne asada were all delicious. Took 5-10min to receive our food with no line.

No seating available inside or out, so we ate in our car. Limited street parking available, but we did not have any issues finding a spot. Give this place some love if you're in the area!

I stopped in for lunch. I went in just before about 20 other people did, many speaking Spanish so it clearly got the approval of those in the know. I got a burrito and enjoyed it too!

Parking: There aren't exactly clear parking spots, but there are lots of cars lined up along the sides on the road so just make yourself one of them.

Worst meal ever ...everything soggy....soggy while relleno and how can u mess up beans? Overpriced...won't go back
